Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by us and will be the responsibility of the customer.
We offer a 14-day return period, which starts from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging. The return shipment must be sent back within this 14-day period.

We may request your order number and additional information to process your return.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve the matter promptly.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of use or damage not caused by us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
